How long is the shipping?
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped by Ups , Fedex , 4PX and DHL according to different areas. Our products are usually delivered within 7 to 16 working days. Every pair we sell is inspected in great detail to make sure that they are perfect before they are sent out to you.
How can I track my orders?
After we received your order, it takes about 1-3 days to check the quality and packing according to your order numbers. And then we will send a picture of shoes and tracking number to you by the email,please make sure your email is a good one. The new tracking number and tracking information will be updated in 3-5 days. And then you guys could track on line. Our customers on whatsapp will also keep tracking the orders to make sure every parcel will be delivered.

Q: Is it 100% sure that we will get the parcel, what if the package lost?
1. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
2. We keep tracking for every parcel on to make sure all go well.
3. Please make sure your email and phone number is a good one to be in touch and someone there will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be returned and there is no more free shipping be offered. Customers need to pay for a reship.
4. We offer insurance on our website in case some parcels got lost then we could do a reship. If you worry, remember to add the insurance while ordering.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Once your parcel has been shipped out, it is difficult for us to stop the shipping and cancel your order. However, if there’s anything wrong, feel free to for faster reply.
Can I sell your sneakers to stock X ?
All the customers need to know that the sneakers are HIGH QUALITY UA which cannot be sold as retail. You have options to purchase retail sneakers or high quality UA sneakers from me at a higher cost.
I am after a particular shoe but cannot find it on your website, can you get them?
We do keep rolling out our website, but not all of our inventory will immediately be present. Please feel free to whatsapp or email us a picture of the sneakers you are after. We are happy to tell you that we may be preparing them in my factory in some weeks or we may already get them ready to sell.
